Our comprehensive Professional Mental Health Coach Training and Certification Program will teach you how to work with clients that struggle with mental health issues.
Our Certified Mental Health Coach Course is designed for the coach that wants to understand mental health issues and how to assist clients before they get into crisis mode.
Stress can manifest as different disorders and can cause fatigue, anxiety, panic attacks, somatoform disorders, and more.

Certified Recovery Coach (NCRC & NCRCII)
2025 dates:
- February 13th and 14th
- June 12th and 13th
- October 9th and 10th

Certified Recovery Coach I and II are included in this program. Level I includes: styles of coaching, defense mechanisms, action planning, goal setting, coping skills, and more. Level II includes mental health issues, criminal clients, and more. This program is ideal for anyone who wants to work with an addicted client directly. No degree is required.

Certified Family Recovery Coach (NCFRC)
2025 dates:
- April 10th and 11th
- August 14th and 15th
- December 11th and 12th

A Certified Family Recovery Coach will work directly with the family of the addicted individual. This may include treatment placement, behavioral modification techniques, and issues of codependency and enabling. This training is ideal for anyone who wants to concentrate on family dynamics, including interventionists and recovery coaches.
This program includes Relapse Prevention Training.

Certified Adolescent Addiction and Motivation Coach (ICAAMC)
2025 dates:
- March 13th and 14th
- July 10th and 11th
- November 13th and 14th

Our Certified Adolescent Motivation Coach Training Program is designed for the coach that wants to work with both teens and young adults who are struggling to get more out of life and want to help them get ‘unstuck’ and flourish (Failure to Launch). In this program, you will learn how to deal with clients and their parents to create an action plan that will assist the teen/young adult in relationships, career, school, emotions, and behavioral management.
This program includes Life Coach training.

Tricia Parido is an International Mental Health Practitioner, Master Addictions Specialist, and Psycho-Nutrition Consultant with over 11 years of experience. Holding a degree in Behavioral Psychology, Tricia has developed seven evidence-based programs with a 95% success rate, helping individuals achieve personal excellence and emotional balance. As the founder of Turning Leaves® Recovery Life and Wellness Coaching and creator of The Ultimate EQ Academy™, she empowers individuals and professionals alike to master Advanced Emotional Intelligence and thrive in their personal and professional lives.
Tricia is also a Licensed Instructor for The Addictions Academy, where she trains and certifies coaches in Recovery Coaching, Mental Health Coaching, Adolescent Addiction/Motivation Coaching, and Family Recovery.
